We wanted to inform you of an exciting pilot project we’re running across the UK market which will allow potential customers to book trial sessions themselves. ✨
How is this different from usual? Well, usually our Programme Managers reach out to the clients once they´ve registered interest in tutoring. 📞 They then collect information about the student and their goals over the phone. 📋 With this new pilot, potential clients will fill out their own student information and book a trial class 🎉 instantly🎉 .
We will be running this pilot from the end of May until the end of June, so you may notice that some of your trial bookings carry the label Self TS Booking Pilot. While some of your bookings may carry this label, not all will, as we are still also making trial bookings in the regular way.
Ultimately, we want to provide a better experience to our customers and ensure our tutors are booked in a timely manner, with the best chance of acquiring new students! 👩🎓👨🎓 For these bookings there is a minimum 24 hour ⏰ notice period before the sessions starts.
